Requests and Important Notes Regarding Cancellations
If You Need to Cancel Your Reservation
- Please complete the cancellation process yourself through the online reservation system.
- If a reservation is not canceled and left unattended, a cancellation fee may be charged.
Important Notes When You Receive a Notification to Change from Credit Card Payment to On-site Payment
- If your credit card authorization fails, you may receive a notification from “Nappu” requesting a change to on-site payment. However, our park requires advance payment.
- If payment is not completed by the specified deadline, your reservation will be canceled.
Important Notes in Case of Severe Weather
- If we determine that the campsite cannot be used safely due to weather conditions or other factors, we may suspend operations. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- Decisions regarding typhoon-related closures are made based on warnings issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency.
Request Regarding Check-in Time
- Please note that check-in after 5:00 PM may not be accepted and may be treated as a cancellation.
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- If staff are available to assist after 5:00 PM, check-in may be possible; however, a late check-in fee will apply.
